REPORT CONTENT
Our Snagging Survey reports are fully comprehensive and we use the very latest technology to produce them.
In fact our reports are the most comprehensive in the industry - that's not just a claim, it's a fact.
Not only do we highlight any snagging or defect issues but we also report on what was checked. All of our reports have over 500 checks as standard and identify and detail each snag along with an accompanying photograph and defect rectification requirements or advisories with specific specification requirements attached to defects that you can confidently bring to the developers attention.
All reports have a section for each Room along with seperate sections for Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Drainage, Externals, Gardens and Thermal.
Our reports include Thermal imaging Data as standard for all insulation, Doors, Windows, Vents and Radiators.
We use a traffic light system within our reports to indicate the severity of the snag, defect or fault. This enables you to quickly identify items within the report that require attention. We dont just show you the snag or defect, we advise you on the rectification requirements of qualifying defects and provide the required specifications as well.
The reports are provided to you in PDF form and signed by the Chartered Inspector.
We provide a client Portal for all our customers where you can see your comprehensive report and download the PDF document and associated documents.
