Snagging Survey

Moved in already? Our Snagging Survey identifies defects and workmanship issues that should be rectified after completion.

This is our most popular service. We carry out a thorough inspection in line with NHBC / Premier / LABC (or other) warranty tolerances and Building Regulations.


You’ll receive a comprehensive snagging report with photographs, clear descriptions, and guidance on responsibility and rectification — helping you raise issues confidently with your builder.

A final inspection carried out before the 2-year defect period expires.

Some issues only become apparent after living in a home. Our End-of-Defects Inspection identifies defects, deterioration, and unresolved workmanship issues that may still be the developer’s responsibility.


The inspection is completed in line with warranty provider standards and Building Regulations, with findings presented in a clear report suitable for submission before your right to claim expires.
